New owner query

Sorry I think a lit of this confusion is my fault lol
I went to visit at the start of April and she wasn't feeding, that week was the 3rd week she hadn't fed.
I did some rather basic research and suggested that with the may as well as tge heat mat she may be too hot. So he ditched the mat then. While I was there we tried to feed her, but she was having none of it!
ts since ive come home she turned more and more aggressive. I have been telling him since I came home that maybe he was handling her too much and that might be why she wasn't feeding. He left her alone for a couple days and hey presto she partially shed and fed on Sunday night. But then she was being snappy and he apparently fed her again Monday (found this out from my mum) and she was getting more aggressive.
Yesterday I was told she was thrashing about in the viv so much she knocked something off the viv which resulted in her escaping twice.
With all the advice ive grabbed and thrown at him Lola is already calming down. So thank you all so much! I will relay that the temps seem fine :) it does sound like it was the feeding that set her off all along.
