So, I got myself this light box set up. It's pretty dandy, cept the lights smell like they're going to catch fire at any second.

Got some okay shots of Worm...Pickle refused to stay still. Still needs some tinkering...my focusing could use some work...as well as my exposure. But, photoshop is my friend.

Man, nothing like the soft light coming from a box or umbrella. Nice shots, Jenn - what's your flash setup?

Right now my flash set up is non existant. The only flash I have is the one on the camera...I've yet to buy myself any additional flash units. None of these were taken with flash. It's basically a 16" x 16" white nylon box of sorts...it has a black acrylic platform and back drop, and two lights that are set up outside of it. So all of the light hitting the subject is soft. Great for small sculptures and critters...but not much else. For these I used a slower shutter speed and a tripod. I should have used a different speed though or something...never trust what the LCD screen shows you. The pics were quite dark and he looked PINK! Had to tinker with the color balance alot in post, to try and get the colors a bit truer. Still have much to learn, I do.
