Well, don't give up. If you have to wait, you have to wait. I did, and now I can get snakes to my heart's content....or in this case, until I have no more room. Sometimes waiting makes it better. You'll be thoroughly prepared, and you should have lots of knowledge. Perhaps you can get a job at a reptile store when you're old enough. In the meantime, you can keep talking with your parents about it; maybe tell them all the things you're learning. You might be able to impress your mom into letting you get one, or like Nick, wear her into submission!!
