Hi everyone. My name is Kate, Im 27 and a cancer. I was given a 3 week old corn snake by a friend who lost interest just last week. Im pretty sure Rio is a male and a creamsicle but you never know. Have found this forum very informative and everyone sounds friendly which is a plus. Will be checking out the feeding section in more detail as he hasn't eaten as yet and Im not sure why :)

I cannot beleive that someone would get a corn and lose interest straight away :eek1:

When you get a chance, post some pictures and the friendly people here will identify your little corn.

Now, little hatchlings refusing food is quite common, try not to get to to eat too much as they may get used to refusing.
Here's some tips from Kathy Love to get non-feeding hatchlings to eat.

Well, I've heard people be referred to as a cancer, but I've certainly never heard someone call themselves a cancer! :grin01: Thanks for the honesty and welcome :wavey:

Welcome and good luck with your snake, I hope you fall in love with them as much as I have since I was introduced to my boyfriends collection. Trust me if you get addicted to them as I have you will end up with more than one.
