New Verdict......This Blue Thing - Part II

I decided to take two more pictures using different backgrounds.

Here is the picture from previous thread and the snake in question as to her colors. Again.... I use a cardboard box. Picture was taken late afternoon (not much light but you get the idea).

Blue (Anerythristic + Dilute) Stripe

On thing to note: I believe that any desire background will give the snake a different visible spectrum. Only time will tell whether or not this animal will keep whatever her color is.......

New Pictures taken 1/08/2015

Same snake in direct sunlight.....

Thanks for looking!

Gorgeous snake, and a mutation that I suddenly can't find. Don said he didn't produce any last year due to low demand.

The first 2 shots look to be shaded, with no fill flash. They seem almost 1/2 to a full stop under exposed. The 3rd shot looks similar to my blue tessera also from Joe, except she has more retained dorsal pattern. I'd be willing to bet they might be sibs as the blue tessera I have is het stripe.

Is she destine to play with some kastanie stuff?

I think she is amazing and I still want to be on the list when you start breeding her. I would even take some normals from a cross.

Yep.....you are correct. Interestingly, when I got the snake from Joe, he wrote on the delicup Blue (dilute anery - Tessera?). I doubt the Tessera part on this one. I regret not getting one of those Blue Tesseras.

And yes....she is waiting for a future Kastanie friend.

Take care!

God... <3 <3 I want one of the babies too.... I need one... NEED... I am in love with her and even in the picture where the sun sort of washes it out.. it still looks amazing with a slight purple tinge.. <3

I still can't get enough of looking at this girl. I have a girl just like her coming from Joe this week. If she shows only half as much blue as yours I'll be thrilled but I'll be ecstatic if she ends up looking the same. She showed a good bit of blue in his pictures and like yours has rather muted stripes.

And if anyone is still looking for one of these, Joe Pierce has one available still on market.kingsnake.com. He even has a couple blue tesseras as well.
