ciara

three corns and counting
Hey folks. I just got my first corn. I've wanted to get a snake for a while, had an old 30 gallon sitting around, along with a stand...so after a bit of prep work, I have a (as far as I can tell, anyway) happy, healthy baby corn. I joined this forum since virtually every corn website I came across it recommended it, and I'm still a bit nervous, seeing as he's my first.

Any suggestions as to what his coloration might be are welcome. :) So far I've heard Miami, and several variations thereof.

A few pictures, for your viewing pleasure.

Im going to guess a baby ultramel. He looks alot like my Oasis. They're bery beautiful, and popping all over more and more. Not 100% sure though, we're guessing on Oasis lol.

Welcome to the forum, a good place to learn. I'm not guessing on the morph, if you look at Serpenco's website and Ian's Vivarium you can see some for comparison.

I would definitely say he is Miami. Atleast he looks alot like mine does. Welcome to the site and feel free to ask questions.

thanks for the welcome, folks! It's certainly interesting to see varying opinions on what he might be. I'm just curious as to what to 'officially' call him. It doesn't particularly matter, as no matter what he is, he's great.

Now I understand what folks say about these guys being addictive. Only had him a couple weeks and already I find myself contemplating more. Good thing I don't have another tank sitting around, or I'm sure I'd be bringing another one home! ;)

haha yea.. i had that problem also.. but i went to the pet store one day for mice and they had a sail.. 10 gallon tanks for 10 bucks.. so i got 3 more. haha
