i can't wait till it gets bigger!
thanks in advance for the help/tips

if the pics are to big for you sorry about that its that i hate small pics

There's a possiblity it's a cross between a king snake and a corn snake which are called jungle corns.
But it sure looks like an albino california king snake to me.

Edit:

Also your snake would probally be a lot more comfortable with hides that are smaller and snugger, with what you have now it's very possible that your snake is only going to stay below the substrate, the dish is also massive and you could probally use a smaller one for awhile.
I notice you've got a lamp on the tank, is it an actual heat lamp? How are you regulating the tempatures? Do you know the temps (I don't see any thermometers) and if that is your heat lamp you need to get a red bulb for the night time because leaving that on 24/7 is like having the sun out 24/7, we need the night time.

Looks like a (probably) pure albino kalifornia Kingsnake to me. In the third image, the bands look tan. That is NOT accurate, correct?

Congrats...you have a pretty little snake that will grow up to chew on you and fling crap all over you at the same time. They make great pets, but I hate the smell of their musk....lol. Just make sure to handle it a LOT as it grows up - and don't teach it that an opened cage = food - and it will make a VERY good pet.

the petland people made a mistake because the other snakes that where next to this one were kalifornia Kingsnakes

Well if that's not a heat lamp, can I ask what you're using currently to heat the tank?
Most people here actually prefer to use Under Tank Heaters as opposed to heat lamps. So if you have no heating impliment now I'd say go out and get one of those, a digital thermometer (not a sticky on one) and a thermostat (for regulating the tempature because any heating object can get WAY too hot) or we can show you how to build a lamp dimmer for $7 or less that does the same thing.

Not sure about any King Snake forums...Sorry
Kings and corns are very close relatives, lots of mixed King and Corn Hybrids out there!
All the basics here, heating, temps, substrate, feeding, and so on and so on are the same so read here! I think the general chit chat will work for any just Kings questions but they are so close related that it will all be the same!
Oh Yeah.....WELCOME
