A better picture would be nice but ... sure looks like an Okeetee (or that it could be an Okeetee).
Okeetees are Normal corns that are either "Okeetee Phase" or "Locality".
"Okeetee Phase" are corns that have very nice orange ground color, with red saddles, and thick black borders. These may, or may not, stem from locality individuals.
A couple of the best known Okeetees are Abbotts & Love.
"Locality Okeetees" are corns that stem from the Okeetee hunt club/Jasper Co. (in South Carolina).
Locality Okeetees have those very nice oranges & reds, as well, but ... while some may have thick black borders, there are those that do not have thick borders.
