No poop?

So last night was feeding night for Corny & Delilah. Took them out and weighed them (Corny @ 130gr and Delilah @ 141gr). Put them in their feeding bins (glad i started this, much easier!) and fed one at a time. Corny devoured his food and Delilah took her time.

While they were eating, i was cleaning up their vivs. Scooped Delilah's poop and couldnt find any in Corny's tank. No poop since last week's feeding. Is that weird? What could it be? I checked all through the aspen and there was NOTHING. And he doesnt go in his water, either. So is there something i can do to make sure he poops? He's been a regular eater and pooper since i got him in March and we havent changed anything except upping the size of his food a few months ago.

Suggestions? Please and thank you!

Keep putting it in and eventually it will come out. Don't stress over it.

Seriously!

Minor irregularity is normal and could be caused by many things. Most of which aren't bad. If you really feel the need, a slightly warm bath (around 85-90F) may stimulate the snake. Some times a good handling session. Not recommended right now, since you just fed.

I would just give it a few more days!

Thanks Wayne! :)

They were extremely active last night after feeding too, which is pretty uncharacteristic of them. They usually get lazy, creep over to the heated side and digest there. Last night i saw the true attempted escape artists they want to be! LOL

I added a little more info to my original post. I think you are fine, since it's only been a week. It happens to the best of us.

Good Luck and keep us posted!

Wayne is right. Count it as a blessing. You will get all the poop you want in time.

Yoshi took a while after comming to live with me to become a
'real pooper' as i call him now. just had to clean out the water bowl last night
...lol...which was the first water bowl poop i've seen. he has yet to poop ON me yet...but i'm sure everything happens in time. :) Dont worry...like Medusacoils says...keep puttin it in. :p
