Yay! I'm glad you started a thread. Our babies are around the same age, so it'll be interesting to see how a normal vs normal amel develop at the same time.

Thanks Zeina. My son took the last batch with my iPhone. I tried taking photos snake in one hand and phone in the other but never could get a decent shot.

I agree, IrishInIsengard. I'm looking forward to to watching your normal amel baby's progress as well. Oberon is a cutie.

Here's my latest pic. I guess Dolly went blue right after his last meal and I missed it during the 48 hour do not disturb digestion period when he was in his warm hide. I knew it was about time and I thought he was about to go blue, but I can't argue with this beautiful, complete shed I found today while spot cleaning. The head was a little folded over and I was able to pry it apart to confirm that the spectacles are there, too. Happy day.

Thanks Pogie and Tavia <3 .

Dolly is a normal so if you are getting a normal from your brother, Pogie, they would look a lot alike.

Haven't posted anything to this thread for a while. I just snapped a pic of Dolly feeding post shed (left a nice complete shed this morning). His color really is this brilliant. Not bad for a normal!

The little guy is gaining slowly and steadily. He's 27 grams. He didn't eat for ten days pre-shed and he still gained a gram from the last weigh in.
