... and read carefully. Starting about halfway down is a section written by Kathy Love concerning regurgitations and the proper way to handle them. Come to be known around these parts as "the regurge protocol". Getting your hands on some Nutribac is important. Not feeding for a while is important. And feeding smaller than normal food size when it is time to start feeding again is important.

Since you're in Canadia someone else will have to chime in on sources of nutribac up there, or someone who can ship up there. I know there have been numerous conversation concerning that matter specifically, I just can't remember who ships where.

I know why she threw up i was scared the fuzzys were to small and i fed her wed and then again on fri..... Which was too soon n she puked it ip the next morning ( wasn't digested at all stunk to high heaven) .... So I'm assuming the second mouse started to rot before she could digest it .... She has pooped three times yesterday , found another spot today !!! So she is having proper looking bowel movements !!!! However she isn't really active ( not since i got her on june 25 from another individual ) i believe its because its a new environment n new person .... She is really active when being held but i think thats her trying to get away from me .... She has a fav spot which is in my bra area lol !!! Slightly unnerving....... Im not gonna feed her till friday and ill put slices in the mouse and let you guys know how she did ... I truly believe it was an over feeding and not an illness ..... Ill be getting a digital scale , sewing tape measuring ( so i can measure her without the fear of causing injury ) and a temp regulator for my uth...... Also i asked the individual who gave her to me when the last time she shed n all i got was its been a bit ..... Not sure what he means , she shows no signs of shedding as of right now

Until she is doing better, I would stop handling her, unless it's for moving her to or from her feeding container. Definitely read through that regurge guide and follow it exactly. I've used it in the past and it does work.

Also, when she is better, you can use serpwidgets.com to get an accurate measurement of your snake. It's much easier than using a measuring tape!

Why she threw up is only half the worry. It's great that you identified the cause, but the act of regurgitating also comes with it's own health complications. When they eject their food that way, they loose a lot of their digestive bacteria and juices. I only emphasize this because...

Please please please don't approach this willy nilly. For the health of your snake, and your sanity as a good pet owner, read that protocol and follow it to a T. Even with the initial problem identified, again, the snake still needs recovery and replenishment before normal feeding again. If you feed again too soon and she regurges again (which is a very high possibility) then you are two regurges closer to a severe point of no return.

All of which are some pretty useful (and one of which is a necessity) objects to be obtaining. Though for length measure, as already mentioned you should try using the serpwidgets tool. It's really simple, take a full body picture of her with something in frame that you know the length of. Use that object as the control, then trace the spine and the tool will tell you how long she is.

As for the shedding, she'll shed when she needs to. It takes a WHOLE lot to mess up that act of nature.
