Gaileann is fast outgrowing her paper towel roll hammock and I'm trying to figure out what to get her next. Any suggestions?

Wrong time of the year for Christmas wrapping paper rolls, although I did check the ones I have left over and they are all the same size as the paper towel roll... I'll have to make a trip to see if maybe the carpet store over by the reptile store might have an empty roll... thanks for the idea! She really likes being arboeal :)

The cheap solution-an empty oatmeal round box. Just cut out the bottom and hang it like your toilet paper roll. It will work for a long time. :crazy02:

You could try some PVC pipe; it comes in all kinds of sizes. Try Home Depot or Lowe's. If you want something cheaper, I have some thick 4' tubes that my heat shrink film comes on. The inner diameter is 3", and it's very sturdy. If you're interested, I can cut you a bunch of pieces whatever length you want. It's free; just cover the mailing cost.

There's also the tubes that posters get shipped in. Any office supply store should have them for a couple of dollars.

ooooooooooh you guys have some great ideas... Gailleann thanks you... she likes being up there, although when she goes into the 20tall, she may be less inclined to, but we'll see.
