This is proof that the gene pool is genetically damaged by the stupids people. The sad part is I think that the movie "Idiocracy" might be the future of the world. You have to have a license to drive, but not to breed. BTW, did you hear the kid use the F word in that video. I see this kid to have a orange jumper with 'DOC' on the back of it.
