Phoenix's Progression Thread

Ok...This is my first snake and i have never started a progression thread before but i am so proud of my little girl that i had to show her off a bit! I have had her for a while now but i will post her progression until now.


Here she is when i first got her in December of last year...

Shortly after the new year...

Here she is at about 7 months old...at this point she weighed about 17g.

This one is a little blurry but i wanted you to be able to see what her belly looks like...

Here she is after a fresh shed in late April...she now weighs in at 23 grams...

Oh...i'm not done yet...

She "killed" her f/t pinkie for the first time...

This is her first trip outside in late May...

Here she is just a few weeks ago when she was in blue. This one is a little blurry too. Sorry!

Ok...i couldn't end on that one. This is one i took of her just now. She is now 10 months old and weighs in at 35g. She is looking really beautiful and is a joy to have!

Yes she is...a hypo motley.

Ok...here is an update. Phoenix is now over a year old and she weighs in at about 68g. She is really getting to be a big girl. She is eating like a champ and is up to hoppers now. Her colors are really starting to mature with each shed and she is one of the most beautiful snakes i have ever seen...i might be a little biased(sp?) though!! Anyway....thanks for looking!

I had to take one of the 'infamous' blue bowl pictures!

In this one I was trying to get artistic...not too bad...

Thank you all for taking a look! I love the close up picture that i got of her scales too! I love the fact that you can see that the tips of her scales are darker than the rest of them! You definitely can't see that in the rest of the shots!

Quick update...Phoenix is now 19 months old! She weighs in at 158 grams, and she is eating 2 hoppers at every meal...soon she will be big enough for adult mice! She gets more beautiful with each shed! She just started "wagging" her tail when she eats, it is so cute to watch!
