Picture request! Hypo- lavenders- motleys and lavender caramel motley

Please post a pic? :) that may help us help you.

I will try to get pics in a moment... I have a pair of hypo lavender caramels that I bought just this year. Super pink orange colored :)

I'm just flying back from Texas today and will post pictures. I was convinced my snake was a hypo lavender motley BUT since his last 2 sheds has started to develop a suspicious amount of yellow on his vents. I hope he is lavender caramel mot her hypo or something! Breeding will tell ;). Pictures soon!

Here are a few week old pictures! New ones are coming! Anybody else? please!!!!

I don't think that is a Hypo Lav if those colors are anywhere close to right. I have not personally saw a Carmel Lav but if I had to guess I would say that is what I think it might be.

Unconvinced it's a motley caramel lavender and hypo might have an influence. The breeder had some caramel lavenders for sale and they were much darker than this fellow. Any one else have any insight? Thanks.

It is difficult to tell hypo lav. except at the very begining. You might take into concideration that even het hypo shows up as almost lite as a hypo lavender. It is most likely that breeding trials will be the only way to really tell. As you requested here is a hypo lavender, not all are this pink. I have two sisters that are hypo lavender and het hypo lavender and I can tell the het hypo from a regular lavender. I will try and get pics.

what colour are you hypo-lavs eyes? mine are a blue. The eye colour is something that is foreign to me.

Here is a picture of my hypo lav it shows his eyes pretty well.

I agree, my Hypo Lavenders have ruby eyes also but many of the other hypos have the ruby eyes.

I am thinking that there might be more of a caramel influence than just a lavender. Here is a baby lavender and his baby has yellow where she has non. That is just what I think but like OP said I guess we will find out when she is old enough to test breed.
