I'm not totally sure. I think they're called Bamboo ratsnakes. But someone please correct me if I'm wrong.
 
Those are Thai bamboo snakes (Elaphe porphyracea coxi)

Staill pretty rare and a lot of animals offered for sale are still WC.
 
I have no idea how much they cost in USA, but in Europe they go for ~400-500 Euro (for young ones).
