Please help! very small egg

When someone asked me ... when was her last shed, and then I said she refused to eat too ... its like o duh, but being so busy I didn't put 2 & 2 together.

Don't worry I know you're not trying to be mean, plus the advice you're giving me is very helpful. I feel bad that I wasn't prepared as far as my snake goes for her sake, but then again I know other people have done much worse.

I'll try giving her a hopper tonight, we'll see how that goes.

some of them seem a little sunk in (w/ dents), but otherwise its really hard to tell ... I've been trying to not be too nosy and bug her a whole lot even when I did move her to count the eggs.

You really don't need an incubator. I never incubate my eggs. The most I do is put a heat mat on the inside wall of a styrofoam cooler with a thermostat set at 80 degrees. The eggs go into an egg box of perlite and a slightly damp topping of moss to keep the tops of the eggs from drying at all or getting moisture dripped on them. You can keep them on a warm shelf if you want. They aren't picky as long as it doesn't get too hot. Temps down to 78 are tolerated well by eggs, they'll just take longer. I've thrown my egg box into my rack now and it's holding a temp of 81 degrees. Perfect.

okay she ate the hopper, I finally saw her get out of the lay box for a while, almost always when I look she's curled up in it.

One of my other females is going into her pre-lay shed ... now i have the incubator set up (turned on to regulate the temp for a few days) so far so good :) 3rd female hasn't gone into blue yet, but she looks close. She was bred early march, the one that's blue was also in January.
