I noticed these little bruise-looking spots on my noodles head about a week or so ago. (He is a blizzard corn, if that matters) The scales aren't raised like you would typically see with mites. And I've also NEVER seen another blizzard corn in my life, besides the internet but google hasn't helped me whatsoever, so I can't compare him in any way.

Has anyone else ever experienced this? Any info or tips are appreciated. :)

I have no idea but I hope someone knows. That's an excellent picture and your snake is beautiful!
 
Did it develop suddenly or is it possible he's had it for a while and it just hasn't been noticed? It looks like normal coloration for a white morph to me. You can see similar markings on my snow:
