I was reading through the Corn snake morph Guide 08 tonite. On pg 97 the author talks about that there are over " 55,000 possible morphs " . He is talking about GENETIC COMBINATIONS ONLY. Soo, here is my question. How many genetic combinations are out there currently ?? Ball Park figure . I'm going to take a wild guess and say we haven't even hit the 300 mark yet. Rember this doesn't even count the selective breed variations.
 
It was at 175 last year...probably a few new ones this season. So, I'll say 180ish known morphs...

Well that would mean morphs genetically yes, physically only soo many are possible due to the dominance of certain genes and traits over others. But i think airen pretty much cover it...

Using the Wallpaper, for determining the amount of different morphs (be it their homozygous geneotype &/or phenotype), may not be the best method, to use, for accuracy.

Not everyone participated and not all morphs, that had been produced, were depicted.
However, it does show quite a few different morphs.:)
 
I just added the wallpaper for fun. I thought that number was pretty accurate...:shrugs:
