is that one ok???

Just have to say WOW!

I am still amazed at the willingness of your snakes to sit for photos. Sam~~~~~~:~

PSYCOSNAKEMOM read this:

SIMON:
"I never get mine to stay still for a nice pic......and my camera sucks too..."

PEWTER:
"don´t make pic´s when you want...make them when the snake "want´s".
I just go around and control the snakes every few days...if I look under the pice of wood and the snakes look´s good I take the camera and make some pic´s...that´s all!!!!
most of the time they look not good...they lay there very unnatural, so I wait...one day, or maybe a month...
if you don´t waste time or make trouble they will stay calm for a few shots until they wake up and try to find a new hiding place.

the other way is to take them out, put them on a hand and make the pic...you have to act fast!
if they wake up it is too late...don´t try it and put them back!

that´s all I do...mainly before feeding, that´s the time where I have to disturb them anyway."

maybe that helps you a bit???

My mouth drops open.... i have to pick up my jaw from the ground!!!! These are really nice pics!!!!!!!

I cant affort a digicamera!! I reaally hate that!!!!

I have the pics on my computer!!!! set it as my screen saver!!!

wow!!!

did you wax brutus?

Brutus is very hansome Serpwidgets, I love the way he is all shiny. HIs colors stand out beautifully. It's like a car fresh out of the car wash :)

Thanks Serpwidgets!

It make sense. Everything else we do with the snakes runs on that same principle. We think that we're training the snake when in reality we're just tuned into their needs and response accordingly....to fit our needs. Plus it is fun trying to get a good shot, my ratio is about 1 to 40. Good thing it's digital. But for those of you who don't have ditigal, scanning may work pretty well also. Again thanks for the advice, I think that you'll be seeing a few more photos in the future. ~~~~~:~ Sam

A shot of Beanie...see... she is taking off and soon her head will be out of range.
