Progression thread: Normal Cape African house snake

Thanks, DollysMom. I can hardly wait for her to come home. Tavia needs cooler shipping weather. Urgh.

Yeah, that can be hard to come by this time of year! I feel for you. I had to wait a month to adopt Mandy and that seemed like forever. At least your little one is in very good hands and with someone who will not ship until conditions are right.

He's such a lovely color. A lot lighter than Eve, so his pattern is way more apparent. Good thing you like the patterns and I like more patternless! We both got the perfect housie for us!
I had Eve out this morning too, but I think she's about to shed again so I'll be missing her for the next few days. Thank goodness for Clyde to fill the gap! :) Haha

Thanks, Albertagirl!

I think Eve is stunning. I do love the endless variations among housies.

I never doubt that our perfect snakes find their ways to us!

Oh my goodness DLena! Which direction do you what to go? African names? Give me a direction and I'll start giving you some. :D

BTW, I actually had named Clyde tentatively before contacting Tavia. Once the PayPal was sent it was firm, lol.

Suggestion: Start a thread with a pic or two of your girl (Just give photo credit to Elemental Exotics) and ask for name suggestions. Give any directions or personal preferences. I assure you, you will get some.

Good afternoon little man. Growing like a weed!
I accidentally read "sunday afternoon dump" and was afraid to scroll down. Thank goodness my eyes were playing tricks on me. :p

I wasn't even trying that time. Actually the snake dump of the week prize here went to Cleo post shed. It was shall we say, massive? I didn't post a pic of that to everyone's eternal happiness.

Love the 4th pic, the one where he is looking up at you.

Thanks, Karl.

I sometimes wonder if I take and post too many pics of my snabies, but then I come to my senses, lol.

there is no such thing as too many pics. I personally enjoy looking at the snake pics more than I enjoy reading some of the posts that appear on this forum.

For this we thank you! The not posting of Cleo's contribution. Lmao

I say, if people don't want to look at pictures, they can just not click on your thread. And for those of us who can't get enough, post away!!

What a sweet baby. He's really trying to make that hide work, isn't he?!!

Evidently it works for him. You should see him now, he's all curled up under there. The whole thing is lifted up and you can see his sides. And yes, there is water in there and he hasn't spilled a drop!
