I don't know much about the Milk Snake Phase and was wondering what they are like personality wise. Are they typical Corns (docile) or do they have a tendency to be slightly aggressive. I have heard that Miami's can be very iritable and agressive.

I've never heard Miamis can be aggressive, but I have heard that about Okeetees. My Okeetee is just fine, however. I've actually heard Miamis are NOT aggressive and are more docile, so you might want to double-check where you saw that. I have two Miami babies, but it's too early to tell how they will act when older. They don't try to bite me now, for what that's worth.

My Milk Snake Phase are some of the calmest gentlest snakes I have. On the other hand I have one huge male Miami who I always have to "wrestle" with when I transfer him to and from his feeding container. He is very intent on getting away and uses all his strength in attempting to do so. I have a young female like that as well, along with an adult female who is pretty darn nasty. But my Milk Snake Phase corns are great.
 
I should mention that I also have other regular Miami phase corns that are not hyper or aggressive.
 
I don't know much about corn snakes but I thought I might add that I have caught a wild Miami phase snake before (I live in Florida!) and he/she was very nice, didn't try to bite me at all and didn't seem to mind me holding it either. I did let it go, though.
