Question on snakes "birth certificate"

I have a question for probably the breeders here I'm guessing. I have had my snake for almost 10 months now. I never really paid much attention to the second half of the card I got with her. I tried to take a pic of the card but it just won't come out good. On the first part it has the birthdate, genetics, sex ect... underneath that are just rows. From top left to right it reads.

F1-1, F1-5, F1-15, S1-16, F1-20
F2-1, S2-5, F2-6, F2-15, F2-25

What does this mean?

I'd go with that guess as well. The dates look about right for a snake you've had for ten months, if the last feed with the seller was 25th February.

Well that's pretty simple. I should have figured that one out heh... It definitely makes seance, I got her on March 6th and he said she had been fed about 7 days ago. Thanks guys
