Hey i have coconut bedding its kinda in small little balls and my leapard gecko loves them and it seems to be fine with them. Would this work for cornsnakes? Bags are cheap and very clean no dust at all. Thanks guys

I think that it would be too humid for a corn and could lead to problems. I use a similar substrate for my boa but they require higher humidity. Personally I would stick to aspen, beech chips or newspaper all are cheap and easy to use with litlle or no dust.

If it's not dusty, sharp/abrasive, aromatic, or problematic for humidity, cleaning, etc...then you're probably okay using it. However, I don't have any personal experience with it or coconuts other than those cheap little coconut hides you can buy at the petstore. Maybe if anyone has experience with it they will share, but I can't ever remember hearing too much about it. :shrugs:
