R.I.P. Buddy...

Fizzlefry22

what you really need is..
Although I only had Buddy for few weeks, I was quite fond of this little fella. I had some trouble getting him to eat (two weeks of refusals) but finally got him to eat the smallest of small pinks. He gurged it a few hours later. I figured some nutribac and rest....then try again in 10 days. Sadly, Buddy has left for the Big Pinky Feast in the sky.

...What morph was he if I may ask?...
Buddy was a product of the Rich Hume mystery project. I bought him as a Charcoal Lavender possible het blood. He definately had the co-dom looking head and the split belly pattern. Incidentally, his dad proved to be homo Caramel (and het Amel) making him het for that as well possible het amel. Lots of genes in that little one! :bang:
...Are you gonna contact the breeder or did you breed it yourself?
I've been in contact with the breeder since I started having problems. He's been very supportive in this matter. There will definately be no hard feelings here. :)

Arrrgh, you hate to see the beautiful ones go.
I know what you mean. I was lucky enough to see the sale add on him almost as it went up and was instantly taken by him. That picture really didn't do him much justice.

Oh man, so sorry to hear he didn't make it. He was one of the nicest from that clutch, I remember the little amel guy too. Is the female still doing well? (I think I remember that you had a pair.)
