A week is nothing to worry about and you shouldn't force feed unless absoltely necessary.
Some corns stop eating when they are about to shed, if they are too stressed, the wrong temperature ...
I'd try other methods first: Braining a pinkie, putting the (dead) pinkie and snake in a dark hide together, wiggling the pinkie about etc ...
