Rehoming large adult corn snake-philadelphia

I am helping my dad rehome his adult corn snake.

Approximately 5 feet long. We have no idea how old he is; we were given him by a friend who is an animal control officer who responded to a call from a lady who found him in her house-that was 6 years ago.

Bright orange and red with red eyes-no black markings.

Happily eats frozen mice without any coaxing... just dump in a thawed mouse and be gobbles it. He has never regurged.

Very tame and used to being handled. He has never struck at us or bit us. He sits on my shoulders while I work.

Small Rehoming fee -$50-to ensure a good home, and he'll come with his hut and heating pad.

He will need a large cage, 40 gallon or bigger.

This isn't urgent, he'll continue to be cared for if we can't Rehome him, but my dad has no time for him and my husband is afraid of snakes :headbang:
