I've never seen anything like that before. Is it completely mesh including the bottom?
It probably doesn't hold heat or humidity well at ALL and I'd be worried about my corns rubbing their snouts raw on on the mesh.
You'd probably have to see it in person to judge

Ive used these mesh cages before for Veiled Chameleons. Keep in mind these opinions are based on that experinece.

The dont hold heat at all.
Its not very easy to see your animals through the mesh.
If ya have lizards in there crickets can EAT through it. (Found that out the hard way).
It melts easily.
The zippers on each side open easy with some nudging.

Thats just the tip of the iceberg. I can only imagine if you housed a corn in there with aspen bedding thats 1> He'd have no problems opening the zippers, 2> Unless in a heated room he'd freeze & 3> The smaller particles of aspen would keep coming through the 1000's of little holes in the mesh...

Anyway, This sure seems like a rant. Ill stop.

yes when i first saw them locally i planned on getting 1 also.. doesn't take long to realize you'd get no humidity n substrate would fall everywhere.. its a big no no for snakes, i think they put looks ahead of usefulness when desigining it..

they

Didn't put looks before usefulness when designing it. It's just that reptariums are not made for snakes. But they are perfect for Chameleons who need major ventilation and other reptiles like that. I know some people who keep bearded dragons in them very successfully.
