ReptileFest again in Chicago!

Man that snake tree is wicked cool. So they just sit on the tree and don't try to escape??? Thats awesome. Nice photos btw :)

I had sooo much fun with Christina!!!! Seroiusly, those of you who COULDNT make it, start planing for NEXT YEAR!!!! Its so something you don't wanna miss!!!!!(P.S. The pic at the begining ish of me, case u couldnt figure it out)
BTW- U asked how she managed to keep track of her babys? Well Sat. IDK about, but on Sunday, me n her BF were helping. Usually each of us had at least one, and one was on the tree the whole time (Bella) SO there was only really one that we had to keep our eye on.

It's funny, but the snakes at first don't want to stay on the trees at all...they're fresh & ready to have some fun so they're trading from one tree to the other, or trying to be cute & stretch as far out as they can to reach you, or trying to slither down the tree & off to freedom...but once the show gets going & all the people start to show up? They do one of two things: cling to the tree so that they can rest & take a break because they're overhandled and wiped-out, or they continue to do that "stretching out" thing to find a nice dark, hiding place in your familiar smelling shirt. :) It's super-cute.

I also did count them several times, just like when count my students during a fire drill. A bit OCD, but it relieves my already over-stressed mind...:p

Thank you for your compliments! :) And *many* kudos & thanks to Erin for all of her help! It was nice to be able to catch a chance to breathe! :wavey:
