Ribbon Snake?

DogStar5988

Up all night
So since I moved Dante to the 20L I have this 10 gallon Critter Cage sitting around with a heat mat and everything going to waste. And I was at the pet store the other day and they have this cute little ribbon snake for $15 and it seems that they are feeding it crickets. From the little I know about the snake they eat worms, fish, mice, and frogs so I don't even know if the little guy is eating the crickets. Anyway I would like to buy him but I don't really know how they act in captivity. If anyone has had one please let me know what their temperament is like and any other handy info you may have, is it similar to a corn? Thanks ;)

Ribbon snakes are usually fed minnows, earth worms or pinkies. I guess if they ear crickets it might be okay, I don't know. I'd guess if these snakes are staying healthy and eating the crickets okay then there should be no problem. Most care sheets recommend Rosy Red Minnows and the odd pinky or earth worm.
