rinse out glass cleaners?

Hi,

I really needed to clean an old aquarium out and I just started. I've used windex and mr. clean multi-service cleaner. They both dry on their own, but I don't want to leave any toxins behind.

Should I wipe the tank down with a wet (water) cloth after I'm done? It's too big to rinse in the tub.

Thanks!

Thanks for the help....next time I will do that.

This tank was disgusting- I needed the strong stuff! :fullauto::D

I have a product that is snake friendly, but I always get the grime off with that, then I just use paper towel and hot water...I will try the vinegar tho too. thanks

Use vinegar and water with newspaper. But to scrub out the tank, I use regular dish washing soap. I do not have plans on using the tank for a fish tank so it works.
