Rizzo - Progression thread.

Aislin

Snowcorn Grandma
So we brought Rizzo home last wednesday. He is 13 weeks now and weighs in at 56 lbs. The vet gave him his shots and clean bill of health this morning.

So without any further delay ...this is Rizzo..Bullmastiff x rottie...and sweet and lovable (re..lazy) boy who had no problems with 10 kids at my son's 10th party.

His baby pic - taken by his first owner

The day we brought him home (seriously the most laid back dog we have ever been owned by...

This one was taken on Sat feb 20th ...we had 10 kids in the house at the time...He was excited but jumped on not one child, then napped while the reptiles were displayed.

I think he heard food drop in this one...THEN he took off! Kids and food are his joy.

He really is a sweetie!

He was a total farm dog when we brought him home...had to carry him into the house, then carry him out to go potty, then had to bribe him back in the house with food (roast chicken) then had to carry him outside again...then he decided he LIKED being indoors and he stood by the backdoor until I let him in. He ate his dinner in 3 seconds flat so he must have been fed just scraps and likely had to eat fast so his sibling and momma didn't eat it all first. He had never worn a collar or been walked on a leash (but a week later you'd never know it). He is a smart little boy *grins*

Thanks Rene! He really is adorable and sometimes bratty ( he really likes shoes) but we love him.

He's beautiful! From the sounds of it he's definitely going to be a big boy. Can't wait to see his progression pics.

Het I also got a mastiff/rotti mix that I adopted from a private owner 2 mths ago at 1 yr old and 100 lbs. And its nice seeing your photos since it gives me an idea what he looked like as a baby. I've included a pic. of my big guy so you can get an idea what you're guy may grow into. The guy I adopted from saved him & his brother and 2 giants were a little much for him with 4 kids so chose to give up my guy which I am great full for since we're already in love with the guy. And he is great with my 2 little ones also.
