i want some stuff i can use for a antural look but also be good for my snake to climb on and around :D

plants? does it have to be silk??? can it be mandarin???

and can i use mopani wood????????

all suggestions will be great :)

I use Mopani wood, African root wood, and cut branches from deciduous trees like oaks. Bake the cut branches in the over for a while to kill any bugs on them. We also use silk plants. The ones from the dollar store look just as good and won't brake your bank.

Lauren's pretty much got it covered, I also shop for my water dishes at the dollar store(sometimes you can find great deals esp for little snakes, like $1 a water bowl and $2 for a water bowl large enough for a 2 yr old snake).

Forgot to mention we sometimes get decorative items at the dollar stores too, just make sure there are no sharp edges or small holes where the snake could get stuck in. You really do not need to pay the gross prices of the pet store!!

yea i hate petsmart and petco. 10 bucks for a piece of bark i can find in the woods for free.

i have a pet supplies plus by me that has alot of reptile stuff for cheap.

Tell me about it, the pet shop here (england) wanted to charge £10 (about $15 I think?) for a piece of very thin bark that is about a foot long!

I bought some silk foliage and a pack of suction cups to stick them up with at Walmart for less than $5(usd) total. I also make my own hides. My snake is perfectly fine with it. Lol
