Screen Tops question

For years I have built my own tops for my snakes, it was easier to just build for HOT snakes and if I decided to put a KING or CORN in them it worked either way.

Now that I don't own any HOTS and I don't plan on it, I am thinking of using screen tops. My question is about the clips that keep the screen locked down.

Tough Top "Spring-style" (G-shaped) Clips for Screen Covers

OR

Tough Top (L-shaped) Clips for Screen Covers

Seems G-Shaped would work best but wanted to find out what some of you use and recommend?

I have clips that are L shaped that catch under the lip of the aquarium, two on one side and one on the other side that rotates to lock it down. Works fine.

I've been reading (searched) about tops here.

I would like the slidding kind but can't seem to find them online, anyone have a link?

on my 10g the screen top has clips...but it can still be pushed up a tad and i dont want to take that chance with a baby corn so i also put 8lb pounds on each side...he ant goin anywhere!
