Seal a Meal?

Bobo's Mama

proud corn mommy!
I've just gotten this vacuum sealer at Wal-Mart and wondered what you've experienced with it, if any? Good? Bad? Hate it? Never heard of it?

It is from Rival and is called Seal a Meal. Cost $39.99 I've used it already for a small group of frozen feeders, 5 rats, 5 mice, and it seemed to work great.

I've got the black and decker one and as long as I'm careful, it works just fine. It is very picky about things being not frozen enough or too much moisture in---when that happens the bag doesn't seal properly. It's nice to be able to vacuum seal in rough estimates of what you'll be using. :)

Does anyone know how long pinkies would stay good when sealed this way?

I believe the card that came with my machine said beef frozen would stay up to a year, so I see no reason to think why pinkies or mice in general would be any different.
