I'm looking at a pair of adult corns this week sometime. We currently have a young Ball Python, so these will be our first corn snakes. I don't have all the information yet on them (they belong to someone my husband works with) but my understanding is that they have been housed together.
Doing research and reading here indicates this is not a good idea so if I do take these snakes is there anything I need to be aware of when seperating them. If they are used to being together should I expect some stress and refusal to feed? I will probably have a ton of questions about the differences in caring for adult Corn snakes versus what I'm used to with our young (5 month old) Ball Python so please bare with me as I'd like to offer these snakes the best environment I can if I decide to take them on.
