Shdding Question

I've searched the forum and couldn't find an answer...

I handle Zelda daily, except the two days after eating, but a couple days ago she went blue. My question is: should I keep handling her or leave her alone til she sheds?

Thanks!

I would limit handling as much as possible, when in blue. They cannot see as well as they normally would & could be more flighty/scared, etc.

When she out, she generally wraps around my arms and legs or drapes over my shoulders and hangs out.
