She won't feed

Honestly he's obviously keeping the snake to piss you off. The more you inquire, help, and feed in to his need for attention the happier your making him. I would wipe your hands clean of both of them, ignore all calls, or other types of communication. He may realize he has no power to piss you off, get bored of her, and give her back; or not but either way the more you show you care the more he will lap it up. He goes out of his way not to take your advice, brings the snake by to keep you interested, and seems to love telling you "you can't have her". Trust me I've been there- get a new snake and resist every urge to check in on her- there is something wonderful about having the last laugh and if you do this it will be all yours!!!
 
ack, I was afraid you'd say that, lol.

I've been thinking about just cutting it all out of my life for a long time, because as you say, he seems to go out of his way to ignore my advice. Maybe ignorance is the best thing in this instance, and maybe he'll pull his together before it's too late..

Getting over her will be harder than getting over him... damn men.. I will def be getting another snake when I've settled in properly where I'm going in May.
