Shedding problem

My snake has had a very successful first shed, but know she is trying to shed for a second time, and it's been a big problem. She can't shed. The skin has been peeling off little by little for over 3 weeks now. I live in the San Diego area, and we had the fires recently and the humidity almost disappeared form her terr. So I had sprayed water every hour to keep the humidity at normal. But now she's just stuck. I had bought a shed helper from Petco, but any suggestions on how to help or not help?
Thanks!

Alex use what ever container you use to feed your snake. Put about 1/2"-3/4" of water. Add a wet wash cloth or hand towel. Then put your snake in it for about 10-15 minutes. Watch her closely. This should help her shed.

If you have the space you could put a lay box in, with damp sphagnum moss. Any container with lid and hole big enough for the snake to get in and out, it may just curl up in there and absorb moisture.
