Hi Guys!
I know I have asked about the shedding before. I was told that it happens every 9 weeks roughly. It's been 3 weeks that my baby had shed and yesterday she turned really blue. If it goes like last time..well..the first time she shed since I got her and I am owning a snake, she will shed in 5 days...is it normal that the time lenght between the sheds, at that age...she is 3 months now, is that short? I am guessing she is in a grow spur but I thought that it was to happen over 2 years? in the 3 weeks I got her, she double her lenght and her circomference...

Hatchlings shed much more frequently than adults. Once a month is pretty normal when they're tiny, as they're growing so fast (even though you might not be aware of it). Sounds about right for your youngster.

My adults usually shed around 4 times a year, so there's a period between hatching and about three years of age (by which time most are fully adult), when the sheds gradually become less frequent.
