Shedding

Could someone help me out, my corn snake is due for shedding soon and currently she's in a large box as she's still a baby for a large viv and anyway my breeder said when she's due to shed to spray inside her box to help her shed.

Is that ok to do so?

Generally, so long as you have a water dish large enough for her to sit in, you'll be fine, Corn snakes don't require high humidity, however, it doesn't hurt to mist the box a couple times a day when they're in shed so long as nothing gets really wet, you only want to raise the humidty, not soak the whole terrarium.

Misting is not an issue once she goes into the "blue phase", you just don't want it to be too humid, because then you risk respiratory issues.

I might try using damp paper towel in a hide on the warm side but not her only hide and if she wants to she can wet herself. If you mist and whole viv is wet weather she wants it or not. Plus change the paper towel every day to avoid bacteria/fungus type issues.
I made another thread about moist hide using sponge but read it first or PM me as it does require some strict cleaning!!!!

What i would do is when you dampen the box, just use water and spray that over the substance but before you do that make sure you take your snake out!!
