Hello! My baby corn is about to take his first shed at home, I don't know how too care for a shedding snake. I've tried to keep up the humidity level by spraying little bit of water once in a while in his cage, is that okay to do?
I don't have a heat mat, I have lamps and the temp on the hot side is about 82 on the hotter side and the cool from 75 and up. Is that okay?
I just recognized on Sunday that his eyes where like cloudy blue, but now they've turned regular again, his skin got a little bit darker. Any advice how to make his shedding easier for him?
And since I got him he has been hiding the whole time! I've had him for about 3 weeks now. I have a hiding rock on the cooler side and a fake plant and a smaller hide on the hotter side. But I never see him cruising around!
But otherwise he eats like ones in 5-7days and has no problems with that.
