My older snake Voodoo is blue now as well.
I usually feed here on Wednesdays (two days from today), she should be clear again, but the last couple of times she shed, she ate while still blue, and ate her regular size mouse (med adult @ that time).
When you say she is still rubbing off her shed, does this mean she still has some of the older skin on after a day or so ?
My older snake has had no problem with her shedding. The four or five times she's shed since I got her, the skin came off in one piece.
My smaller corn (Draco, my Anery), has shed three times since I got her in November, and they have all been bad sheds. I've actually helped her shed each time.
I get a warm washcloth, and let her crawl through it a few times and keep very light but firm pressure along her body and she can ususally get it all within a couple of passes.
I keep their cages humid right before and during blue, and every time the older one has no problem removing the skin in one piece, but the little one just has problems removing her old layer
Either case, neither has allowed the blue phase to interupt their feeding schedules.
