She's a Thrasher....!

I think i was mislead a little bit when i purchased her. I am not dissapointed in the snake at all, she is a great addition to my home.
I suppose there are pure corns out there that are hard to manage as well. The flighty behavior is fine by me, i like to see a snake with a little bit of natural fights left in them. The musking is another thing altogether though. If i had to choose again she would be right where she is. :)

Musking sucks...which I forgot to mention is something my lavender doesn't do (yet). :)

I'm not disappointed in my lav either. He's a snake and he's just behaving the way a snake would be expected to behave.

My amber corn is lovable enough for the both of them. He's got the personality of a cute little puppy. :) So, if I want to handle a snake, and my lav is not in the mood, I know I can always fall back on the amber. :)

I wonder sometimes if she is comfortable in her new home with me. She is in a ten gallon, which i feel is small but i am working on a 60 gallon like snipers for her. She has more room than she did in the rack system she was formerly housed in, but i still feel that ten gallons is not enough for her. Every other aspect of her husbandry is tip top, so she shouldn't feel uncared for.
