Should I be concerned?

My corn "BloodShot" is constantly out basking, but is hidden away in the foilage, so I was concerned, if it was normal for him to do this.

I wouldn't worry at all...

As with all snakes im sure, they will adaprt to the environment they are in to suit themselves so they are happy. So your corn has probably got a routine that it does to live comfortably.

As you may know corns are nocturnal so they are most active at night, so finding him under his hide in the morning would probably be normal as he has been out exploring his viv al night... hope this helps!

Thanks for the info, I was thinking the same thing, and when I clean is water dish every day, he doesn't move at all. And my hand is right below him. He just gets fussy when I try to pick him up.

My female Anery is also climber/basker. When she has branches, she often sits near the light up top after a meal, and other times too. But none of my other corns do that really.

I have an idea but i probably is wrong, maybe he climbs the tree because in the wild they would climb trees to catch hatchling birds in the nest

where'd you get those trees? i like them. i would like something better for her to climb then the thin branches i have for her.

My little man loves to hang out in his tree. He stays there most nights (unless he has just eaten). During the day, he stays in his hides, but at night, he keeps to the vines or the tree.
