I'm Me, Deal With It
ok, at 1am this morning i woke up and decided i might as well check on bonny, since she was due to have her litter anyday now. i noticed that there was blood on her, like her water might have broken. so i have been peeking in on her all morning, and she had cleaned herelf up...

no problem...

well, i just went to check on her again and there fresh blood on her. not alot, just a little like a drop or two...

so my real question is, how long should this happen before she delivers, and when should i start to get worried?

p.s., this is not her first litter

I take it Bonny is a mouse or a rat? Leave her alone. There is really nothing you can do if there is a complication~ and your constant checking is adding to any stress she may be having in birthing the litter. Leave her alone and check her tonight.
Good Luck~ if this is not her first litter she knows what she is doing

thanks to everyone who replied...i went in to check one last time till later tonight and she is having them as i type

i just get so nervous. i should learn to realize that she knows what she is doing :crazy02:
