I have my eye on two beautiful corns that I would someday like to breed but they are brother and sister. If they did breed, would their kids act llike hilbillies and have three heads? just wondering if this happened alot and had bad consequences

Breeding sibling corn snakes is usually pretty safe. Most of the more interesting morphs we see around are the result of some inbreeding. However, you may want to find out of the two siblings are themselves the results of inbreeding. If their parents were siblings or parent/offspring, then you may decide you'd rather not breed the two. Up to you. :)
