I just got a whole lot of OOE babies. Should I wait the normal 5 ish days to feed? Also, am I really giving them a whole pinky? They seem so tiny.
 
Do you know how much they weigh? Have they shed yet? Can you get "reds," (day old mice)?
 
The only thing I can get are the boxed mice from petsmart. I don't know their weight but apparently they have shed once already.
 
I'd probably start with pink halves, then. I'd probably actually boil them, then cut in half. I'd wait 3-4 days.
 
Well, they all ate like champs...minus the one Amel. I cut them in half, boiled them, and it wouldn't take it. I washed it with Ivory soap and I'm leaving it in the container tonight. If it doesn't eat it tonight, how long should I wait to try again?
 
I'd wait 4-5 days- the next time you feed the rest. They can go a _long_ time. No reason to worry yet, at all!! You did great!!
