Slow shed?

My Mami phase Khan seems to be shedding. His head looks blueish and parts are flaking off of his head.

My only concerns is that I never saw him in blue and that his head has been flaky like that for a few days with no results. Is that normal?
 
It does sound like the beginning of the shedding process. Leave him be for a few days, he will probably continue the shed soon.
 
Mkay. This will be my first shed with him, so I wasn't sure. I tried last night putting him in a container with a moistened wash rag, to try and soften the skin, But that didn't work.

I'll try leaving him alone and letting nature take its course.
