Just a quick message to those who will lose snakes in the future and wonder if they will ever see them again? Last August,a March 03 hatchling and its mother escaped from their vivs. After pulling up floors to no avail, I was sure that was the last I was going to see of them.(can you guess what the ending is going to be?)Yesterday while cleaning windows, i saw the baby, about 6 feet up hanging on to the brick wall.I can only guess that it was still under the floor and had not long crawled out of a nearby air brick. It had not grown at all and its sibling is nearly 5 times bigger. It has also gone wild and started striking out at me once it had warmed up.It ate a pinkie straight away and now is safely back in its escape proof viv ha ha. So the moral of this story is,don't give up hope. (No sign of mum yet though.)
